I tried that once.  I weaned myself of caffine by switching to rootbeer, and I wen a whole year without any caffine. (except for game nights, of course : )

Then I got a job.  At the time I joined, they stocked sodas in the breakroom fridge, and free drink is free drink.(too many people drank them up, so that's gone now)

One think about going caffine free, the caffine free version of my favorite drink is also diet.  I can't stand the taste of aspertame, so I couldn't bring myself to drink more than a couple cans of it.

Here's some interesting facts about caffeine, that started me off on avoiding it. Details like, it takes 6 -weeks- for it to exit your body. It causes the arteries in your brain to contract, limiting the flow of blood, and hence oxygen, to the important bits that make you think.

On that basis, I decided I'd rather think than drink. It seems to be working so far...

Netami is a troll.  He's unfortunately spent enough of his time making (very, very thinly) veiled stabs at people that he doesn't get the luxery of making "jokes" like that any more.

I still stand my previous statement that Netami is boring and no longer funny. If you're going to be a troll, you should at least be funny. Especially when everyone already knows you're a troll. Otherwise, what's the point?

Maybe because labelling someone else as troll isn't very funny to begin with.

If it's not okay for an individual to jab at another, then no one should be allowed to throw jabs at all.

I'll take a "boring" troll over a "humorous" exchange of one-liners at someone else's expense any day.  Communial trolling is far worse than an individual's self-expression.

Netami's admitted to being a troll several times. It's cool, I troll too. It's not really an insult these days. Trolling can be rather enjoyable, if it's funny and entertaining to watch. That way, everyone wins.

No, not everyone wins.  Only the people who band together win, since they've already predetermined what's entertaining or not.  Anyone else who goes against them gets silenced or ignored and loses.

And I don't find that fun at all.
