You'd be surprised (or perhaps not) at how many people manage to make an account and miss reading the rules.

Although, to be fair, they -are- currently a little hidden. So there's that.

To be fair, ever rules amounts to (1) don't be an idiot or a jerk and (b) do what the admins say and don't argue with them. It's all variations on that theme.
