Abel shapeshifted that skirt. Shouldn't it bleed? And shouldn't Abel then faint? And then fall on the floor in front of Jyrras wearing only a mini-skirt with a large slash in it ... yeah, I'll just ... yeah.

Even if it was shape-shifted, I don't imagine Abel would make his clothes out of flesh. I'm not sure if he can feel the pain, but I don't think shapeshifted cloth needs a blood flow....? Not sure.

I think it's safe to say that he didn't use his wings. Maybe he used hair/fur?

Earlier the insectis mentioned that he made his wings smaller to create the skirt. But the hair/fur thing is an interesting idea.

Wings are the strongest part of a 'cubi. When in doubt, armor plate! I doubt that portion was wing, though, considering the fact that it actually cut rather than just sorta bouncing off.

Okay, Jyrras has official snapped from stress. Next thing you know, he'll have built an army of DB-class Deathbots and sent them out to destroy the homes of all paparazzi in the land. I think he needs a nice long rest in a padded room. Or... um... I dunno. I'd like to avoid Abel smacking some sense into him, that might not end well.

I'm also wondering what Mab's reaction will be to her "solution" to keep Jy safe, if she realizes how stressed he's gotten. Jy's never exactly been on for the spotlight, after all.

Maybe the slit in the skirt was done by shapeshifting the body parts quickly away from the knife.  Another possibility is that he shapeshifted some fur into a bandaid.  However, we always knew that Jyrras was really sharp.

More proof that Abel only pretends to be evil, true evil would have killed or maimed Jyrras for the cut.
Considering Abel's extensive knowledge base one would say that Jyrras has someone who can fix up his bad haircut.

Side note Abel is pretty agile, has fast reflexes and can balance pretty good.
