Actually, I find Jyrras fairly masculine. I mean, he's into science, he likes to build things... seems manly enough to me.

You do realize that that description could also apply to Gadget of Rescue Rangers and Agatha Heterodyne of Girl Genius.  I hope that you don't think of them as manly.

Well, Agatha was an outlier of sorts, with even Baron Wulfenbach getting fooled that it was the soldier who made the locomotive-looking clank.

But then, manliness is sort of a fluid quantity. and although the above traits are manly in my book, they aren't quite enough to make jyrras manly...
