So Page and Yak(ovlev) are going off to a fantastical human land with skyscrapers, electromagnets, cars, and possibly nuclear weapons. I wonder if they're actually going to our world.

I should probably come clean as per the rant, and say that we'll be doing a scene change.  Partly because I really hate this part of the original story, and partly because in the original story it formed most of a chapter in its own right.
However, we will be accompanying them on the second excursion.  Partly because I think the later excursion is still okay-ish in terms of writing, but also because it's a key part of why Page became who he is.
