I haven't had much time to work on it because of work, but I realized that I could just work on my drawings during the slow times. I kept forgetting my references on your pic the last few times and so did a couple other quick sketches instead. Now that I remembered to bring them though, I forgot them at work... Should be safe there though. There's only two employees left who aren't on vacation and I can trust them. It's not the first time I've forgotten stuff over there either.

Besides a couple drafts, I have the pyramid done.

Indeed.  Definitely Netami, and definitely done by James.  Perhaps the face is a little flat, and he'd look a little creepier with the scarf thing he usually wears..

Gasp! Ya, that piece took FOREVER! I think I can almost match the quality now in a fraction of the time, but that piece I feel still remains my best yet.

I end up shading in my skin in either so light my scanner won't pick it up, or in greyscale, so..... And I even spend time outside, too....  D:

It wasn't Photobucket that killed your pic, it's the forum.  The max dimensions of pics are 500x500 pixels, and if that is exceeded, the image is automatically (and crappily) resized.  It'd be good to post a link to the original image.

Alternatively, if you right-click and do 'View Image' (I'm assuming IE can do that too, I don't use it) you'll see the full image.

Nice work by the way, although I find the paleness a little disturbing.

Ya, that's the problem with my skin though, I only burn, I don't really tan. My sister just came back from a three week trip from California and she's still as pale as me.

Thanks to everyone else for the comments even though this last pic was just me.
