I would like to point out that most of the time that I don't notice them is when Fa'Lina is doing something so awesome that it overrides my straight male instincts to look at the faaaaanservice. For example, and (offscreen) song and dance number. Or beating the crud out of Aziz.

Actually if you don't notice them as much as you think you should. You're probably getting tricked by an optical illusion.

Falina's "Malicious Mammaries" are absolutely huge compared to average women.
Falina is however a head above most men,  much less other women. Falina is often by herself in a panel or at a different distance from the "camera" then other characters. This allows for perspective to be skewed most of the time and therefore they just look big.
Put Mab or Alexsi next to her and you see how absolutely massive they truly are

I've often wondered why she needs to put makeup on, seeing as she's a shape shifter.
I guess because shock seems to remove superficial shifting, judging by the lack of botox in panel two. 

I have began to wonder what she would 'really' look like, given that older cubi need to use more and more energy to stay young, what would it be like if she looked her age? (already several times the standard cubi lifespan)

That makes me smile. And it makes me love Fa'Lina more. It'd really suck if turned out that she's been a bad guy the whole time, but given what we've seen of her that is becoming increasingly unlikely. For all of her acts of darkness (she still is a soul-sucking Cubi, after all), she is ultimately on our hero's side. Or maybe they're on hers...

Falina is very tall so she looks proportional/slightly on the larger side.  She also has a massive head.

The combination is terribly rare in our species, so it's probably hard to conceptualize visually in drawn form.

If Pyroduck has an average sized human body then Falinas breasts are about an inch or so short of being the size of basketballs.  I would approximate about 8-9 inches.

This puts her in either a G or H cup if I am eyeballing it correctly.

If she wanted to show them off more a bit more contrast in her outfit might give them more definition.  The purple doesn't really offset the pink enough to frame them.

They're the one thing I want to keep, even if they are so huge they make me want to gnaw her spine just for principle. She's... There's no one more deserving of the title 'boob'. She is a boob. The former. Compare her to Dolly Parton, for a real-life example. Personally, I admire Dolly's talent. I truly do. But what she's done to herself and some of the things that she represents just...
