You know I'v had an interesting thought. 

If Ms Amber succeds in her migration to the great white north we might not be allowed to buy her products at Ac anymore.

It seems some canadian furs like superjay and wookie (I think) were stopped by US border security and were told they couldn't come into the us,  because for the first time ever artists selling stuff at a convention were requred to have a work visa to enter the us.

The trick dear bunny, is to have the places that make most the stuff still in the US.... 

It also helps I am a bit of a small-time seller...a lot of con dealers have boxes upon boxes of merchandise, where 80% of the time my stuff is commission or stuff that fits in a single box.

I suspect that, as a natural born US citizen, such work visa rules will not apply, even once she is legalls living in Canada.  Then again, you never know with our tax system.

i was kinda thinking myself of after university and doing a job for 5-7 years to move out of the UK, the only problem would be is that i would not be able to go to the french speaking areas of Canada. Plus i work better in the cold than the hot.

Canada is socialist, not communist.  China is communist, a totalitarian regime with a proto-socialist infrastructure.  True communism would have no centralized government and all would truly be equal.  No true communist societies exist.
