How come all the cubi clan leaders are women? I mean, I realized that lots of them were probably going to be women, buuut... isn't there any male cubi clan leaders? there's gotta be a couple!

Though now I simply must know more about why the lusty ladies of Nact'larn dislike Aary or her clan so much! Re-reading Aary's pofile page, I can speculate thay mayhaps it's the rivalry between general wanton abandon in the boudoir vs. the sadomasochistic bent of Aary and possbily her ilk.

May be a little late, but if memory serves... waaaay back in another Cubi Clan leaders forum thread, someone guessed lust (or something similar to it).

SOOooooo, it seems these guys are like Aaryanna. They aren't afraid to show off their heritage... and apparently people associate them with all Cubi.
I think that's why Biggs made that lil' assumption in this strip 714.

The Dragon-Cubi wars took a large toll on the Cubi clans.   It just turns out the the suriving Clan leaders are mostly female.

I wonder if it's because Aary likes to kill her victims afterwards, leaving less to go around.

Hmm. For a clan with the affinity of "lust" it seems Nact'Larn is going for the romantic asspects of it ("Clan of First Kiss", the femininly curvy pose instead of a fullfrontal "umf-porn" pose.) I guess it's more classy to be alluring than it is to be slutty.

Depends on the times I suppose, it could have started up in a time when women were the household wives thus not very profitable for the easy life. Just a theory at any rate.

I'm a bit surprised that they work alongside clan Zezzuva.  They both are after the same rich, powerful clientelle.  Perhaps because the numbers of both clans together adds up to less than 300, that's not a problem.

I was actually amused like this, and I'm sure it was intentional but, if you focus on her right breast (her right), the coloration and location of the feather almost makes it seem see-through to her nip

Those floating feathers are a magic effect, you can't get rid of them!  They're always whirling around her, but no matter what angle you look from they are always appropriately in the way.  What better way to drive us men mad than always be just about to be naked, but never make it?!
