Are Mows half breeds?

It came as a small question to myself when thinking of the depressing half breeds of the Fae.

Aren't Mows at least in part Fae thanks to some weird assistants to Jy-jy with a mix of plush in there, don't the count as hybrids?

They can't seem to breed, so does that disqualify them as a hybrid and does that plushy part count against them as a hybrid too?

I'd say they're constructs and that the Fae (or one of them) allowed them to be created, because they felt like it, just like dandelions growing on concrete.

Mab is a Fae, so that works out.

I would guess that they are not fae -enough- to have that problem.  Their minds are entirely different--animal at best--so you don't get that cognitive dissonance of "big brain no soul".

I mean...presumably chickens don't have souls exactly...
