From a style point of view Jigsaws vampire form is amazing to look at but probably deeply troubling in person.

I can see a few possibility's coming of this. (tvtropes, help me out here...)

A Heroic BSOD, maybe even a Dumb Struck (although it could be argued that she is doing this right now)
A Rage Against The Reflection (Not a good idea when your reflection is holding back water),
A Troubled Fetal Position,
This is kind of a Berserk Button, so it could be an Unstoppable Rage,

Some Clothing Damage could apply here,

Veled just Kicked The Dog, so the dog could Bite Back,
i cant get out
Jigsaw could be Incorruptible Pure Pureness in that she doesn't flip out,
its getting dark

That just proves that you can't trust a celestial.

I mean Veled's trying to make it seem like she's all chummy with Jigsaw while using her powers to turn her world and her mind upside down by forcing her change. That's just nasty.

But if Jigsaw still will not assisted Veled will she get a warning, a simple alright and leave it at that, or a huge battle seen that leads to a lot of clean up after the battle?

Man, re-awakening PTSD just to extract an identity.  Sometimes I tend to forget how truly evil Veled is.
She is definitely the character I love to hate.
