It's not like Anthrocon is the universal source of disease in the universe.  Heck, why would I have tried to go to Anthrocon this year, if that were the case?

Of course, it didn't really succeed.  Turns out I actually had tickets to Arthrocon.

Mainly because you have to have someone set up the joke before you can tell it.  ``Why didn't you go to Anthrocon?''  ``Well, I tried to...''

And then you have to make sure that they don't know that Arthrocon `07 was actually a convention for orthopedic surgeons, which changes the punchline to ``Came back with joint surgery,'' which isn't as funny.

Giri is kind of interesting, and as Hazmat says, it resembles Keaton's style a lot.  To be honest someone that thin is bordering on creepy, but if that suits what you're trying to do, go for it.
I saw the bear when it came out on your DA and I still don't have a coherent opinion on it...

furry is an illusion.. art is art life is life and people will invent unnecessary labels for each. after all what the diffe3ns between a bugs bunny pic and a pic of say Bagi or maybe the Bobobo characters?  i means one of them has and ice-cream swirl for an head. perhhaps i should rant about this

Oh, forgot. Nice concept for Giri, granted it's nothing "new" so to say but can still be fun. I'd picture the comic with lots of weird body movement now and then just for the fun factor, but that's just my opinion
