Ugh, so many good strips.  There are many that I chuckle at when I recall them, but one in particular comes to mind....

Mab, Ruler of the World.

Amazingly, I actually did not get the joke the first time I read the strip.... :erk

In my defense it was past 4 am, I was very, very, tired, and had a lot on my mind when I first read it. 

When I later reread it I literally fell out of my chair laughing at it(due in no small part to the joke going over my head the first time).
