I can remember when gas was $2.17 a gallon. It's $4.39 where I am. I am so glad that my little car can get 25 miles to the gallon, or my once-weekly two-hundred mile round-trip would really be squeezing me dry.

My car is 1984 BMW. I wish I could get a consistent 28 miles to the gallon.

I have to confess, I've got this weird liking for the number 32, mainly because it comes from this sequence: 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64... I've always liked numbers like that for some reason.
