I know that the intent she told us was that it got her away from the uncertainty that was the other forum and into a place where she had complete control over rules and assurance that meting out discipline would be swift compared to the lag involved with forums that were not her own. What you got out of the deal, I don't really care so much. I can't feel pity for someone who either didn't have the foresight or is simply grouchy over the prospect that 99.9% newcomers will be for DMFA and not for anything else.
