I had no intention of being taken seriously on my requests anyway, so just put those on the back burner.  I just figured that since everyone else was requesting loads of animé characters, I'd engage in a little satire.  So don't worry too much.  Even though it would be awesome to see a yap with a 'fro.

As far as the tip jar is concerned; I wish you did have PayPal, I'd definitely toss you a donation then.  It's just, SL ... <.<  I like it and all but there are broken things about my avatar at the moment and if I head in there, I'm going to be talked to and hang around and it's going to bother me lots.  *Cough.*  I need to spend the time looking up SL tutorials and learning things so I can sort that stuff out.

One day, though ... one day I shall return to SL and then I shall tip the tip jar generously!  Since you deserve it.

I was actually thinking about sitting down and working through some SL knowledge today, actually ... but a friend of mine had just obtained Black & White II and I went over how to get the Tiger with him and all the awesome niftyness of the CreatureFeatureDisable.csv file and what it can do (such as the creature deciding that throwing villagers at my wall barricades in order to get at an enemy army is a good thing and my creature suddenly not realizing that a villager can't hold something 30,000 times its weight; here, catch my beachball!).

And since I got back into Black & White, I'm likely going to play Movies soon too because I tend to go on Bullfrog/Lionhead binges when I'm reminded of their games like this.

And I might not be seen for months when Lionhead releases their Syndicate sequel (since they now have the rights).

So yeah ... I'll try and get some SL learning done.

Because I really do want to return to SecondLife, it was fun.  And I could certainly socialize more.

There are just all these damned distractions.

Tiger is such a beautiful critter, it was he for whom I watched Monster Rancher.  Admittedly, the stories of much corn and sappyness (for which I have a weakness) were also a draw but mainly, it was Tiger.

That and they found the best voice actor for him, ever.  If all animé dubs had the kind of voice-acting quality we saw in the original 80's Ghibli-licensed Laputa dub (sometimes incorrectly called the 'Streamline' dub) and Monster Rancher, then I'd be interested in watching dubs more often.

I always felt though that with Tiger, it was all always play, rather than him ever actually being angry *.  I think there was one episode that actually went out of its way to point this out.  I can't remember the title of said episode but it did feature Tiger laughing.  And wotta laugh it was!

Gareeku / e, I can get you the entire series, if either of you are interested.  I know of a person who sells them for next to nothing.  And if I decide to not be lazy, I could even rip my complete collection of series one and two.

Also Gar, you get manly-men hearty backpats for knowing the greatness that is Monster Rancher.  I love this place, you people know what's great and why.
