You're not supposed to decide. If you do, they won't be random. You need to use a randomizer in order to give a truly random hug.

Oh, how do I get a randomizer or find it.

You can try this one or this one. They're the only ones I know that are truly random, but there may be others out there.

And today's random hug goes to Fex. The first lucky forumite to get a random hug on his birthday!

I don't think either one will work for me. So I'll try something else.
