It might have to do with nerves and the nature of the wound. Let's say I draw a line somewhere on your body and say it's a nerve. Or maybe put a string on you, that might be a better example. Cutting that string will be more noticeable than trying to crush it.

I don't think I can give you more than a few tips, no one ever taught me.
No. It's impossible for a race to devolve (as in, go back its tracks to return to its previous stages). And besides, there are challenges all the time. The world is always changing, and change and evolution are synonyms. You may or may not like the course this evolution seems to be taking, but that's another story.

To date, at least 30 series have been made in Japan. Too bad the database I found doesn't have a complete monster of the day thing. That'd be one of the most coolest things for me.
