They do. Even something as common as the common cold has slightly different symptoms and duration in different people, and cancer is never the same. That's why it's so hard to know whether a cancer has been removed completely or not.

Both are useful and, from my perspective, interesting. You should ask yourself what you want to do the most.

In the same way you stay in character while improvising. I'm afraid there is no recipe that works for everyone, though. But taking acting classes may help.

Maybe your teacher wanted to make sure everyone learned the lesson. I had a teacher like that once.

That depends on the laws of your country. The answer would be "because the laws were written that way". It doesn't mean it's moral or ethically right, though.
