Does Gaea actually have any arms?  Granted, with power like that she doesn't need them, but it does make her look weird(er).

I'm assuming she has an open door policy given that she hasn't apparently put any obstacles in place to stop people annoying her... then again, maybe she just punishes them.  A bit capricious, but that's gods for you.

She did have arms in one of the original sketches (I had to redraw her), but then I was like, hey you know what Gaea's low on? Yeah let's add some more wings

Gaea: "Without arms it is hard to even lift a finger."

I'm sure if she really needed it, she could grow an arm.

All those wings. No wonder it took so long to draw her!

technically, if you listen to her, she already owns every arm in creation

I think that would have been way weirder to draw though
