Well, this might be interesting, unless there's some kind of annoying scene change or something.
There are a number of things Drake could have done which are relatively innocuous - it might have been an accident, it might have been self-defence, it could even be a statutory murder charge, e.g. if someone died while she was committing some Trickster crime that can also be promoted to murder under some legal systems even if she didn't actually kill them.
It could be the old "I murdered a Ceraph clanner, but they got better" thing, but given how mental Darius is about it is sounds like someone they were close to.
