Don't you just hate it when the damsel dude in distress that you were hoping to woo by valiantly rescuing them is already in a committed relationship?
On top of that, don't you just hate it when the damsel dude in distress doesn't swing your way anyway?  Talk about a double blow for Daryil the superhero.

EDIT: To everyone reading this thread, how does the unicode strike-through in the thread title look on the various web browsers on your computer's OS?
Does it look good or bad or somewhere in between?  Does it even show up at all?
And how does the HTML strike-through in the title of the comic page look as well?  Are you able to see it?  How good does it look?

And yes, while it makes sense to expect gratitude from someone you saved, you shouldn't expect that someone to automatically fall in love with you.
