If you were paying them, Ren could probably afford a more reliable and less crap internet connection. Or at least a smart phone with a good data plan so he could email the art when the net was down.

I'm not sure there are more reliable internet connections available where he is, due to the problem, a lot of the time, being that someone stole the wires (or so I'm told).

I could well be wrong, but...
