It seems like the Queen is trying to get as much information as she can from the agency to make informed decisions.

She's also making it sound like she trusts their loyalty, but not the office politics that censor the reports she gets for her"OWN" good.

Magic with politics is probably when you need that kind of censorship the least.

Edit: I also like your post about Rarity song and about how it relates to artist who take commissions. You hear that from time to time from some artists.
