But my lab job has cut my budget so much over the past two years that I've had to all but stop the regimen and take the bus every other day to work (and sleep over at night) so now I've begun to age again.   :<

I used to say that I wouldn't drink anything ever... but a drink every now and again doesn't hurt most people.  It's just knowing how to limit yourself so that you don't go overboard, and knowing if you have the addictive personality to be unable to do so.
