Very cute strip.
Nice to see Amber's art back to top form and as always, the expressions sell it.
Dan's expression in the first panel can only be described as "snazzy".

Saying "Gasps" instead of actually gasping shows how much Matilda is hamming it up. And. . . .

Dan and Matilda DO make a wonderful couple; each compliments the others' silliness nicely, but can still be serious when need be....However, it did get me thinking a bit about the bigger picture; I'll leave that for another time. For right now, I don't want to ruin the Kyoote factor  :mowhappy

They are adorable together.

The expressions are--as always-- highly expressive and really "sell" the mood and characters.  The poses seemed more animated than what I am used to seeing from Amber but appropriate for the scene of them walking together.  The textual content is absurdly silly and yet fits flawlessly with the setting.  Matildas pose in panel 2 vaguely reminds me of #1050.

Simply wonderful.

As I understand it, Dan had a random encounter with a mugger in a hat.  What I'm interested in is what the mugger looks like at the moment.
