Awesome work once again, James. I will agree that the eyes look a bit distant from each other in the Jakob pic. His muzzle kinda looks out of position too, though that could just be me.

I was tempted to say something like "Eccles, I can not understand what he is saying..." but I think Zedd was actually asking how long it took, presumably referring to the colouring job on Pal.

Which is a very nice job.  I think Tezkat's got it with the eyes - I thought they should be closer together myself, but that didn't really work either as it left a huge grey space on either side.

Switching back and forth between working on the Jakob pic and Pal's pic, it took me about most of the day.

Ya... There was so many crits on the album cover that I had to start from scratch again and then I ran into all sorts of trouble. It's still high in my priorities though.

I think you'll find the third 'tooth' is a gap between two of them.  If you look closely, you'll see it's not white, but the same colour as the muzzle.

And yes, it's a pretty decent rendition.

I -hate- the system doctor advert popup on DA. It resizes my damn browser, and pops up a new window over the top. And re-loads another popup when you close the first one.

I've been battling depression for awhile and found myself unable to draw. So it's been awhile since I've worked on anything new. Honestly, I thought I was going to be more rusty than this. Now that I've exercised my creative muscles though, it's time to finish what's long overdue and work on those commissions...

As bad as it is to regress, I still don't think I did too bad on it. There's only a couple obvious flaws. Just hope I don't butcher your commission Tape. I've done lots of edits before. Let's hope we get something down before the scenery changes... again.
