Hey, I'm not sure if this is the right spot to post this or not, so any moderators, please feel free to throw this wherever it should go ^^;

Basically I had hoped to show this to Amber in person at AC but never managed to find her at a good time.

I emailed it to her afterwards, but of-course she's very, very busy and probably hasn't had time to look at it yet, which is absolutely fine, but I just wanted to put it up on here to share =)

This was ofcourse inspired by comics 973-983, specifically 981 for the quote. Also please forgive the horrible typeface ^^; Color version upcoming someday.

Keep up the awesome work Amber, and I look forward to the next 1000 comics

Currently it's just one piece.  If it looks like it's going to turn into a full-fledged art thread, it'll probably be relocated.

That aside, I love the way the tentacle-head comes at the viewer.
