Yes, but sometimes it happens.

Then they git shot no one can ever put down there gun auntill there dead war will end when no one has the will to pick up a weapon in the 1st place.

It's actually quite easy to put down your gun if you have a thousand people backing you who haven't put down their guns.

If he is using a rebreather with pure oxygen, he could be having problems if he goes too deep.  And let's face it, just about everybody here goes off the deep end.
