Good point.  That Dan may have known about warp-aci from his adventurer training, anyway - as for how clueless Dan is, that's an open question.

Judging from this (http://missmab.com/Comics/Vol_606.php) Dan doesn't know anything about warp-aci. Also let's not forget that Dan has a dislike for magic because of a flying rock incident (http://missmab.com/Comics/Vol_551.php).

Abel's not in a great mood himself.  Though at least he's not taking it out on Dan.  So far.

Learning how to change warp aci size means Dan could make Fi look like whatever he wanted, because a warp aci's owner gets to do that, right? So Dan will turn Fi's ears into pac-men! :U

97% of teens would cry if they saw Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen from Twilight) standing on top of a skyscraper, about to jump. If you're one of the 3% who would sit there eating popcorn screaming "DO A FLIP, YOU SPARKLY (I am not smart enough to use polite words)!" then copy and paste.

My theory is that Dan is a kind of idiot savant* powered by the rule of funny. When he puts his mind to it he can master cubi/ magic things quickly (Tentacle shapes and pac man head wings) but other wise he's pretty dim.


*I realise that's an outdated term but it seems to fit Dan.
