On this one, I am the help ninja.  I'm trying to get the code working better.  Huzzahs and other pleasant sounds will be coming in the future.

Forgive me for double posting, but I made two suggestions in the previous post.  You may have to enable Java applets in the preferences ("Enable Java") or load a newer version of the Java applet software from sun (http://java.sun.com).  The code uses version 5 although I might be able to recompile to use an earlier version, perhaps 3 or 4.  The web site is run by Apple, and it sometimes makes rude remarks if you are running Internet Explorer.  What would you consider a reward for success?

Having the characters go back and forth across the screen descending a row each time as in the old Centipede game.

Having Wildy shoot back and forth along the bottom, shooting the other squares as they descend, as in the old Space Invaders.


Where it doesn't work, is it one of the following.

You see a big square with a little square with a red X in it.

You see a cup of coffee on a small saucer, but the game never appears.

The browser just dies.

...I did manage to get it to run on the Mac last night, but it was a bit of a struggle.

I think I found it.  I moved DMFA/combined.jar to DMFA/classes/combined.jar.  I will also create a second version with half-size images so that you won't have to scroll.  It should also load faster.
