Mowser is banned because I have just realized one thing: even though there is never enough dakka, you may still have a sufficient amount of it.

Mowser, the way I see it, "sufficient" implies that what you have works, but it is not what you want. "Enough," however, is like saying that you have all that you wanted. So, sufficient dakka gets the job done, but enough dakka is impossible.
