It'd be a lot less limiting if there were some concrete rules about how to change from this to the next set of words... eg, if someone repeats a word, or something.

The problem with that is that the game is now fifteen pages long, so it's really hard to keep track of which words have been used.

Yes, but setting that rule - limited to each game, of course - would limit that effect somewhat; after all, it's not like we can come up with fifteen pages in _every_ game, now, is it?

Good point... so, how about something like at the point that no one in a set amount of time comes up with a word that hasn't been used, you start the game over? The question is, what's the period of time? You couldn't make it too short or too long.

I would suggest starting with a sentence and being allowed to add or remove letters. This would provide more flexibility.
