billbuckner gets the nine-tailed inferno jutsu. it focuses chakra into a giant sphere that splits into nine fireballs, which then proceed to wreak havoc on any enemies in the area. the best part is, the fireballs can pass through solid objects to hit their target(s) and each time it hits a substitution or a clone it splits into another nine fireballs, drawing the chakra used to create the clone or substitution.

next poster: your new jutsu is the phoenix style: resurection jutsu. it is the most powerfull resurection jutsu, and the only complete resurection techniqe in existance, in that it summons the soul into the body (which means you'll require a summoning scroll), while a special phoenix flame heals the body and mind so that they are in their best condition possible.
