A Genki-Dama is a Spirit Bomb i think...from DBZ. King Kai taught it to Goku. it takes energy from the planet and forms the energy into a ball of energy which Goku then trows at his enemy  :D

and to think..i haven't seen DBZ for 3 years  :erk

....Equals one deadly projectile.  :D
