Never heard of Ovaltine before. I liked Toddy, but Nesquick (a.k.a. Nestle Quick) is also good.

You can do it, but doing it in public is considered bad manners. And it's dirty unless you do it with discardable paper or wash your hands right afterwards.

Sex and drugs don't make people happy.

Sex can cause pleasure, but if that's all you have, odds are you won't be feeling very happy.

Drugs can cause a temporary pleasure at the cost of ruining your life. So much for happiness.

Many things can make people happy. It varies per person, but usually being respected and cared for helps, along with doing things you enjoy, and being aware enough to allow yourself to enjoy them.
