As many thousands of words as frames in the video, plus the words included in the audio. Many of the words are likely to be repeated, though.

Because "obvious" is subjective.

Also, it's rare for such a situation to happen, where what is right and what makes you happy are completely at odds. If you think about it, there's usually a way to be fairly satisfied without hurting anyone. If even then there is no fair solution, I would recommend reaching an agreement with the people involved.
