Well there wouldn't be much but a skeleton underneath the wrapping and the zombie would be way too squishy and had some nasty bugs crawling around in her. Plus the constant smell of rotting flesh would be a turn off. Granted either would be necrophilia.

Yes it is they still dead. It is dead tissue. It may be animated but it's still dead rooting tissue.
