Hi hi all

well do to family monetary troubles soon the bunny may be with out regular internet access.

this doesn't mean a complete loss however.  I figure I can walk down to the library once a week or so, or hitch a ride to the collage with my sis.

so If I can come back it'll be rather sporadic and well it'll be rather hard for me to carry on a coherent conversation

So unless something happens to change things between now and then thats the news

I feel for you, I really do. The only time I ever log in is after I trek up to my local library. It's not so bad, really, it is quite healthy and can balance out a diet. I don't know about you, but I have a terribly difficult time getting up to run just for running's sake so it's helpful when I feel like I'm actually doing something that seems worth while.

Anyway, I'm sorry things have hit the fan for you! Try to keep positive though, money problems are ussually a temporary issue and getting down about them doesn't make the time go by faster.

And, is that screen the only bit that's cracked? Or did any of the internal parts get damaged in the laptop as well?

Getting a spare CRT from somewhere is -much- easier than prying an entire laptop from someone's cold, dead hands. Although I think you could manage that ;-]

It's just the screen whyen I fell the lap top was open and my knee landed right there in the corner of the screen...

I've already found a replacement on e-bay for 9 bucks (plus shipping) if my my bid holds ou for 3 days... hopefully my net will be there that long...

course I ow ebay 30 bucks in sellers fees already, and I gotta send 23 to peter cat for a bid I made at AC

with 50 bucks to my name hats going to be a bit tight... but I figure I can barrow 30 from my sis  and pay her back in groceries next month
