What we need is open-source religion.

...Life would be better if everything were open-source.

That's excellent.

Fun Facts of the day:
1. In Ancient Peru, when a woman found an 'ugly' potato, it was the custom for her to push it into the face of the nearest man.

2. Peter the Great had the head of his wife's lover cut off and put into a jar of preserving alcohol, which he then ordered to be placed by her bed. (Slaaayed.)

3. Fourteen years before the sinking of the Titanic a novel was published by Morgan Robertson that described a ship the same size as the Titanic which crashes into an iceberg on its maiden voyage. Many of the characters deaths are due to an insufficient number of lifeboats. The name of Robertson's fictional ship was the Titan.

4. The Emperor Caligula once decided to go to war with the Roman God of the sea, Poseidon, and ordered his soldiers to throw their spears into the water at random. (He was a crazy one... :sweatdrop)

5. Hindu men once believed it to be unluckily to marry a third time. They could avoid misfortune by marring a tree first. The tree (the third wife) was then burnt, freeing him to marry again.

Yay. ^^

One of these days, someone's going to discover something big. really big. And when they do, we're either going to enter a new endless golden age, or were going to be screwed royally.
I may be a bit young to be worrying about it so much, but I'm not changing this sig until I find true love.

I was in one of my deep thought sessions and here's what I came up with.

The force of gravity is something we're all familiar with and we know what affects and controls it, but what we do not know is what causes the force itself.  Sure, some people are on a trail by observing the electrons of atoms and blah blah blah.  But I want to follow this theory.  The force of gravity is caused by the presence of knowledge in a few concentrated areas coupled with the lack of knowledge in other areas.  The unequal distribution of smarts is what causes the force that will ultimately pull items from the two areas together.  So basically, gravity's purpose is to spread knowlegde by bringing it together.

There's this feeling in the back of my head that I'm really on to something but mabey that's just me.

'"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed."

"...one of the strongest motives that lead men to art and science is escape from everyday life with its painful crudity and hopeless dreariness, from the fetters of one's own ever-shifting desires. A finely tempered nature longs to escape from the personal life into the world of objective perception and thought."
