Milk. Standard and traditional sound almost like synonims to me. In any case, I prefer semi-skimmed milk.
There are many theories about it, but they all basically add up to one of the following: either by chance or by design.

Interesting, here non-homogenised can be acquired only in the country, homogenised whole milk usually has red either red or blue top/label/distinguishable markings, green for semi-skimmed, and pink, yellow or maroon for skimmed milk, lactose-free milk or milk with added calcium/iron/whatever.

There are many cheeses I like a lot. Cottage (no longer available here, sometimes my grandma goes to Chile and brings me some), Romanito, home-made Goat and Sheep cheese, Provolone, Brie, Finlandia and mild Camembert are my favorites. I also like Pategras, Reggianito, Cream cheese, Argentinian Cream/White cheese (much softer than the one in the USA), Cheddar, and most other mild cheeses.
