because of all the magical rules the admins put in place to keep us civilized and sane(as best thay can). let us give them praise muffins and hugs  :heart :rj  :hug

If Destina Faroda wants somethign elitist to complain about...

That's a Cisco access control list, it means deny any traffic to any destination (anything passing through the port and direction it's set on) in other words, all traffic is sent to the bit bucket.
