Ok, that's a bit complicated cause of that many people one didn't post that much (within the given range), but if it's custom i'll go with it.

What you're doing is not random, Cemalidor. We use a randomizer and the members list. We pick a random number between 1 and 360 from either lavarand.org or random.org and use that number to find a member in the list of the top 360 posters. Then check if the member has posted within the last 30 days and is not Zina. If the answer is 'yes', hug that person. Otherwise, roll again until we get someone we can hug.

Sorry I've been so busy and unable to huggle people properly. I intend to make up for it by giving 3 hugs today. And they go to...

No, it's not pseudo-random. The site I use uses the noise from a webcam as a source of enthropy. It doesn't get more random than that.

I use random.org. It generates a # between 1 and the higest member number (I think it's 12xx now). Enter it into the URL (http://clockworkmansion.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=####), and check for a post within the last 30 days (and not Zina). It means I get more members that don't exist, but it works for me.
