Nope- it means politcal officer. We're in charge of making sure that the people know that they are free, that they know they are valued as human beings, and that, thanks to Communism, their life has never been better.

Anyway comrade, whilst I respect your life choices I'm afraid that I cannot join your cause.  I'm not a big fan of the state and if anything I lean towards anarchism or when I'm feeling too jaded to believe that people could pull it off, minarchism.

If your state is both minimalist and socialist enough, your desire to see egalitarian rights given to all people (taking power from the capitalists and giving it to the proletariat doesn't really solve anything as it still imbues a hierarchical inequity) so that corruption cannot take seed then you might just get this old blue and fluffy canine-thing on board.
