I just saw this on CNN and had to check it out.

Aparrently the un known giatarist who did this sent the recording to a music site,  a fan then uploaded it to youtube and it spread like crazy,  cause of the lightign and the baseball cap no one could see his face.  But they finaly tracked him down.  He's a south korean IT student named Lim Jung Hyun.  He's compleatly self taught and never evenpicked up a guitar till 3 months before making the video. 

I was just blown away and you know what?  he doesn't think it's anything specail he's not going pro he's going back to school in new zeland to finish collage

I'm impressed.  There's also an earlier version where he fluffs it.  I'd like to know how he programmed the drums too, I've never been able to do that very well.
