EDIT:  Totally off-topic, but in case anyone is curious what the distraction was, I put this together following a comment made by Mason asking if there were any 'second-person' shooters out there, where you see the protagonist through the eyes of your enemies.  A few hours poking around with the Chocolate Doom source code, and this was the result:
