Doesn't stop me from carrying around a handgun. Actually, I don't but I would very much like one to be used if non-lethal options aren't going to work. But I would still improve my skills in non-lethal options like martial arts and make running my first option and primary objective. It's the same thing with police officers and SWAT personnel. They carry guns around but are much more interested in capturing a suspect or criminal than in killing him. Even the military follows a similar credo. An army that counts its success in the amount of enemies killed is not a good one. I have studied a lot of military history and I can tell you right now that if you want to win a war, you don't plan operations with the intent of causing enemy casualties. It's the same thing all around. You may carry lethal weapons but that doesn't mean you want to kill people.

Yes, Jakob's Plane's and Panther's do have lethal armaments.

Then again, they can be trusted with them.
