Is it just me, or does this guy have a pouch? And if so, does that mean that he is intersexed, or is it a cross-gender species trait I missed hearing about?

My guess is that it is a cross-gender trait.

Asking for more in when its food is one thing. But asking for more beatings in interrogations? :erk

Still...if this is the place once called earth. Then earth security sure became a little over zealous in security checks. Wonder if earth tries to keep out of the other planets political games of space scouts and the endless?

I perfer my spam cooked on a skillet.
