Only those options for tea? Oh, I need to show you my tea collection, you'll see there's a lot more to tea than that. And in fact jasmine tea can be green or oolong, or sometimes even black/red. Will you be coming to Argentina someday so I can show you?

Also, I don't think you live in China, so if your Chinese restaurants really serve Chinese food, I'll be surprised. They usually serve whatever they've made up out of the local ingredients.

Well... other than the odd question buried in a large stack. Speaking of, all the time!

Only those options for Chinese tea, as served in Chinese restaurants.  The options available are far more complex and varied - although, please, go ahead and show me what you know. I'm not sure if I can make it to Argentina, but I'd like to, someday.

Don't all restaurants serve up food they've made out of local ingredients? It'd be far too expensive to ship all the food from overseas; what people go there for is the style of cooking, not the specific ingredients, I'd have thought.

Several kinds, but mostly local replicas of Indian dishes. I enjoyed the southern dishes; the northerly ones tended towards too much spice, which you've got to get used to, over time.

Lots of different places. I could sit down and make a list, if you like, but I suspect that might be giving things away.

I like all sorts of food.

Hey there! This looks more like a discussion than an IF game by now.

To be honest I'd really like to try some of the foods they serve in China. The cooking style changes a lot when you start replacing ingredients. As for teas they serve in Chinese restaurants, here some of them also serve cold dongua tea, which in my opinion is quite good, although they sweeten it a bit too much (which I don't think they do when they drink it themselves). I've only seen them sweeten cold teas, though. But I was complaining about their red tea with coffee. I really love tea (which you already know), but I don't like coffee at all.

I have lots of teas from many different places and many different varieties. Yesterday my brother came from the US and gave me a great surprise by bringing me Lipton Blueberry and Pomegranate White Tea. I don't have enough time to list all the teas I have. They take up most of my cupboards.

You say that as if it's a bad thing...

Oh, sure. Eating in the country where the foods are originally from is always different, and well worth the effort... if you can get there in the first place. On the other hand, there are often places where you can find excellent food cooked locally, if you know where to look. And I'm inclined to agree with you with respect to coffee, with just one objection - sometimes, if the coffee is made exceptionally well, you can get an extremely nice cup of coffee. Sadly, most cups of coffee are worse than dishwater.
