A good question is in the eye of the beholder.  A question that is good to ask me,  may not be a good question to ask someone else and as such, i find your simple question deceptively complex.  Now i could go and dance around this question all day, or i could provide you with a range of interesting questions that would allow you to use my responses to ascertain my identity. Instead, i choose option C, simply leaving you with the advice of, "ask many questions on a broad range of subjects, that will be far more telling than any single question, even if it turns into a small essay."

I do always enjoy a good cup of tea.

If you could please clarify which situation we are talking about... there is more than one going on at the moment...  A freak accident occurred in Ireland during a horse race, the United States is having problems with Somali pirates at the moment, and there's a famine in several African countries.
I'm assuming your talking about the global financial meltdown, but if you could please clarify for me before i answer, that would be lovely.

I apologize for the delayed response, I've been a little busy for the past few days, and it would seem that my responses didn't get to VSMIT.

As for your questions

Dengue Fever, i've heard about it briefly, but it seems to have been buried under all the news about Swine Flu in Mexico and the southern United States.

Something nice to talk about?  If we're talking about stories from the mass media, not likely. it seems most news stations either want negative or neutral stories, as that seems to be what sells.
Me, personally, i could talk about many nice things.  I went horseback riding over the weekend, perfect weather, sunny day that wasn't too hot or cold, soft breeze and not a care in the world.  Besides that, for a summer 'job' i'll be rebuilding an old muscle car, 1972 Dodge Challenger to be exact, with one of my best friends, repainting it, then either selling it or using it as my own car.
